Refund policy

At Simplicity Handcrafted, each item is made and packaged with care. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to offer an exchange for unused products within 10 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@simplicityhandcrafted.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and all original packaging (including the shipping box). We’ll take care of the rest.
